Home health care services provide skilled and non-skilled professional services to assist you or your loved one to live independently at home. They may be needed short term or long term depending on your healthcare needs. These services can be provided based on your requirements.

Who is eligible for homecare?
If you are debilitated due to injury, surgery or illness and need assistance to leave your home, you may qualify for homecare services. Ask your physician if homecare can help you or your family member.

Is homecare covered by my insurance?
CNS Homecare participates with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and several other major insurance carriers. Our knowledgeable intake department will assist in verifying coverage.

What areas does CNS Homecare service:
Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, Genessee, and St. Clair Counties.  We are not limited to these counties.  Please call us to find info on other counties.
